THE GARRISON FOUNDATION

The GARRISON Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization committed to helping veterans achieve success through business ownership. We deeply appreciate your generosity and support. This Donation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding donations made to The GARRISON Foundation through our website or other channels.

By making a donation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. GENERAL TERMS OF DONATIONS

All donations made to The GARRISON Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this policy.

Donations may be made online through our website, via mail, or through other approved methods.

The GARRISON Foundation reserves the right to refuse or return donations at its discretion.

 

2. TAX DEDUCTIBILITY

The GARRISON Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit status organization. Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law.

Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for their contributions, which may be used for tax purposes.

3. RECURRING DONATIONS

If you opt for a recurring donation, you authorize The GARRISON Foundation to charge the designated amount at the selected frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

You may modify or cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at contact@thegarrisonfoundation .org or accessing your donor account (if applicable).

Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before the next scheduled donation to take effect.

 

4. REFUND POLICY

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, such as:

• • A donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction).
  • Unauthorized transactions due to fraud or identity theft.

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@thegarrisonfoundation .org within 30 days of the transaction date. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. USE OF DONATIONS

Donations are used to support The GARRISON Foundation’s mission and programs.

While donors may express preferences for how their contributions are used, The GARRISON Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to achieve our mission.

 

6. DONOR PRIVACY

We respect the privacy of our donors and do not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. MATCHING GIFTS

If your employer offers a donation matching program, you may be able to double your impact. Please contact your employer’s HR department for eligibility and instructions.
